一.Introduction

1、Noresin solidification ( shorten thelead time)
以往树脂凝固硬化裁断;然后粗磨,抛光,费时费力,做一个样品要花数小时。现在本产品不需树脂凝固,制作一个样品只用2 分钟。
Before ,the workmanship : resin hardened ,cutting, grinding, and polishing, waste about2 hoursto do a sample; Now making a sample only 2 minutes;
2、专业线束全自动切割磨抛一体机

本切割磨抛一体机,可以单独切割,单独磨抛,也可以全自动切割磨抛,甚至可以客户自定义设置参数,进行个性化切割磨抛,只要能夹持住,0.5mm直径的端子都不成问题;切割位置任意设置,精确定义到5um以内,无损伤切割及磨抛。

3.端子专用夹具可对应各种尺寸的端子精美的夹具为不锈钢材料制作,细牙夹持,精密切割的好助手。
4.专业端子分析软件,可分析压缩比C/R,C/H,C/W等10几项标准测试数据。精确定位测试位置,简洁画面,一键导出端子截面测试报告(Excel格式),可以保存或打印。
