The MPZ6S intelligent automatic metallographic polishing machine is a pneumatic polishing machine, controlled by an 8-inch color touch screen PLC; Equipped with a dual channel automatic abrasive adding system, PLC controlled intelligent spraying and adding of abrasives; Automatically adjust the grinding pressure and grinding time; Automatically store the current grinding and polishing plan. At the same time, 8 sample blocks can be ground, and special fixtures can be selected to accurately grind and polish sample blocks of special specifications and sizes. It can achieve precision grinding and polishing of various materials such as conventional ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, various alloys, ceramics, rocks, glass, electronic devices, and some new types of materials, and can meet the requirements of rapid, efficient, and precise sample preparation at all levels of laboratories.

1. Automatic storage grinding and polishing scheme: Equipped with automatic storage function for 100 grinding and polishing schemes, enabling quick selection of grinding and polishing schemes for various material samples.
2. PLC intelligent control system: color touch screen, PLC control system, menu options, intelligent operation interface.
3. Intelligent auxiliary material adding system: Intelligent dual abrasive automatic adding and spraying system, which realizes automatic spraying and adding of abrasive during the grinding and polishing process.
4. Grinding and polishing pressure control system: PLC controls the pressure adjustment system, automatically switching and adjusting the pressure values of each gear.
5. Simultaneously grinding multiple sample blocks: 8 sample blocks can be simultaneously ground, and special sample blocks can be customized with matching fixtures.
6. Multiple working modes to choose from: intelligent polishing, manual polishing (automatic polishing, semi-automatic polishing).
