Dry ice cleaning machine is a cleaning machine designed specifically for enterprises that clean precision components or fragile cleaning objects. Its cleaning principle is that dry ice particles are driven by compressed air and impact the cleaned surface at high speed. Dry ice is instantly crushed and sublimated. Absorb a large amount of heat. Due to the different thermal expansion coefficients between the dirt and the substrate, the dirt quickly cracks. The crushed dry ice particles enter the cracks, and due to the vaporization of the dry ice, its volume expands nearly 800 times in an instant. This causes a "micro bomb" at the impact point, and the dirt quickly peels off, achieving the best cleaning effect.
The equipment is equipped with a funnel with a capacity of approximately 5Kg. Specially used for storing dry ice for cleaning purposes. During work, dry ice falls into the feeding device under the vibration of the vibrating motor. The feeding device rotates while Φ Cut 3mm dry ice particles into small pieces, then send them to the spray chamber and blow them out with high-pressure air. The dry ice forms various jet shapes under the constraint of the nozzle. Spray onto the surface to be cleaned to achieve the cleaning purpose.
