Product Introduction
Structural characteristics of high and low temperature test chambers:
1. The box of the high and low temperature alternating test box is processed and formed using CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant shape, and adopts a non reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
2. The inner box adopts imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer box adopts (SUS304) brushed stainless steel plate or high-quality cold-rolled steel plate spray coating, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. Equipped with large observation windows and lighting fixtures to keep the box bright, and utilizing copper plated glass embedded in the heating body, the condition inside the box can be clearly observed at any time.
4. There is a 50mm diameter testing hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
5. The insulation material is made of high-density fiberglass cotton, with a thickness of 80-100mm. A double-layer high tensile sealing strip with high and low temperature resistance is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area.
4、 Programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber, temperature and humidity test chamber refrigeration system
1. Compressor: fully enclosed original French Taikang refrigeration unit.
2. Refrigeration method: single (double) mechanism cooling.
3. Condensing method: forced air cooling.
4. Dehumidification adopts the evaporator coil dew point temperature laminar contact dehumidification method.
5. The electromagnetic valve, oil separator, drying filter, repair valve, refrigerant flow window, and liquid storage tank are all imported original parts.
6. It is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, which can operate automatically in case of exceeding the limit temperature, ensuring safe testing without accidents.
High and low temperature alternating test box controller:
1. Multiple imported controllers are used, and users can choose according to their own requirements.
·TIME880 color touch screen programmable temperature and humidity controller imported from South Korea, with a Chinese English switching interface and simple operation.
·Original imported TIME300 digital display film button data input temperature and humidity controller from South Korea, with English display interface.
·Imported from Japan, the OYO digital touch button temperature and humidity controller features high-precision PID control to eliminate long-term unstable operation.
After inputting the data and test conditions, the controller has a locking function to prevent human touch from changing the temperature value.
3. The controller of the high and low temperature alternating test box has the function of P.I.D automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature change conditions, making temperature control more precise and stable.
4. Optional printer, capable of printing and recording set parameters and scanning temperature change curves. 4-20mA standard signal.
5. The sensor adopts a platinum resistor PT100Q/MV
6. It has an RS-232 communication interface and can design programs on the computer, monitor the testing process, and perform functions such as automatic power on/off.
