A brief introduction
The Olympus anti-static metallographic microscope BX41M-LED uses a long-life LED illumination on the anti-static and corresponding ESD microscope. There are two types of reflective lighting devices available: conventional and oblique lighting. The oblique lighting operation is simple and can obtain high contrast images.

BX41M-LED can be used for bright field, simple polarization, differential interference phase contrast (combined with BX-AKMA-LED) observation. The surface resistance is below 108 Ω, and the discharge time (required time from 1000V to 100V) is less than 0.2 seconds. Low power LED lighting samples do not change color due to dimming and lamp tube lifespan, and LED lighting always provides the best viewing image with natural tones. Its service life is longer than that of halogen lamps, and it will not interrupt work due to bulb replacement, improving efficiency and reducing operating costs. The power consumption of LED lighting is equivalent to 1/7 of 30 W halogen lamps, and it also contributes to reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
ESD performance: Surface resistance below 108 Ω, discharge time less than 0.2 seconds
The microscope has an ESD design that protects equipment in electrostatic environments, using bright and long-lasting LED lighting.
1. By utilizing LED lighting with natural color tones that are not affected by dimming and lifespan, the most suitable observation image can be provided at any time.
2. Compared with halogen lamps, it has a longer lifespan, so it will not interrupt operations due to the burning out of the light bulb, which can improve production capacity and reduce operating costs.
3. Equivalent to 1/7 of the low consumption electricity consumed by a 30W halogen lamp, it also contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide.
The reflective lighting device offers two models: BX-AKMA-LED (open aperture and oblique aperture) and BX-KMA-LED. The oblique light method can obtain high contrast images through simple operations.
