The conductive particle observation microscope is mainly used for semiconductor wafer detection, liquid crystal screen (LCD) detection, conductive particle inspection, laboratory material analysis, and other precision engineering testing fields. It can perform bright field, dark field, differential interference, and polarization observation on samples.
