A brief introduction
The HV-10 Vickers hardness tester is a type of hardness tester that directly applies testing force. It has the characteristics of high testing force accuracy, good stability, wide applicability, and convenient operation. This hardness tester can also be optionally equipped Φ 1mm Φ 2mm steel ball indenter, used for Brinell hardness testing. The Vickers hardness test can be used to test the hardness of black metals (excluding cast iron), non-ferrous metals, hard alloys, hardened chromium layers, chemical heat treated layers, high-frequency quenched layers, and thin plate specimens. The Brinell hardness test can be used to test materials such as cast iron, non-ferrous metals, softer light metals and alloys, lead, tin, etc. This hardness tester is also equipped with programmable

Purpose and Scope of Use
The HV-10 Vickers hardness tester is a type of hardness tester that directly applies test force. It has the characteristics of high test force accuracy, good stability, wide applicability, and convenient operation. This hardness tester is also equipped with a programmable calculator, which makes the calculation of hardness values very fast and accurate.
This machine is suitable for conducting Vickers and Brinell hardness tests in heat treatment workshops and laboratories of departments such as machinery, metallurgy, national defense, scientific research, and colleges and universities.
