CA-410 Color Analyzer

The continuous improvement of OLED devices in brightness and color gamut has put forward new requirements for the measurement industry. The high precision of Konica Minolta CA series display color analyzers has become the standard in the display industry. We will also use higher value and more outstanding technology to meet the new requirements of customers for Konica Minolta color analyzers.
1. Accuracy can be ensured from low brightness to high brightness
With more and more displays supporting HDR (High Dynamic Range), color analyzers urgently need to improve their measurement capabilities in high and low brightness.
With high sensitivity sensors and innovative circuit design, CA-410 expands the brightness range by 25 times while ensuring accuracy (compared to CA-310 using conventional CA-P427 probes).
Allow users to accurately measure and adjust the chromaticity and gamma characteristics of HDR displays from ultra-low brightness to high brightness ranges.
2. Improve the accuracy of chromaticity measurement
Due to the higher brightness and wider color gamut of new displays, it is objectively required that color analyzers have high chromaticity measurement accuracy. Due to the improved accuracy of the XYZ filter, the spectral sensitivity of CA-410 (compared to CA-310) is closer to the color matching function curve of CIE1931. In addition, the color analyzer CA-410 also uses a standard light source that fits the LED spectrum for calibration, improving the chromaticity measurement accuracy of the instrument itself. In this way, users can more accurately measure and adjust the chromaticity and white balance of the display.
3. Integrated production line solutions for optimizing performance
With its high-precision sensing measurement performance, Konica Minolta's CA series color analyzer is integrated by many users into automatic production line measurement systems. With the improvement of sensor performance, CA-410 can be integrated with an automatic zero calibration system as a sensor without the need for manual assistance, enabling direct connection between the probe and the PC, thereby reducing the integration space requirements. In addition, CA-410 is compatible with older models, including the basic commands for software development package CA-SDK2 to be compatible with older models; The screw hole position of the probe is also consistent with the old model (except for the CA-MP410 mini probe).
4. A richer measurement interface
In order to meet the application needs of loyal customers in the CA series, CA-410 can measure a wider range of display products, reducing errors caused by switching between different brightness ranges, shortening the time required to measure gamma in different brightness ranges, and making CA-410 more reliable and reproducible in accuracy. At the same time, CA-410 has added support for low-frequency driving of displays, which can measure grayscale patterns at different frequencies.

Due to the rapid development of display product technology, production lines have high requirements for measurement speed. Therefore, the CA-DP40 data processor further optimizes the "simple operation" feature of the CA-310.
With the features of "automatic zero calibration (measurement after startup)", "intuitive 7-inch color display", "multiple language support", and "lithium battery (available on the market for convenient instrument portability and power supply)", CA-DP40 can quickly and accurately obtain measurement data, making it very convenient in research and development applications.
In addition, CA-DP40 can connect up to 10 probes, providing users with support for multi-point measurements.
Standard PC Software CA-S40
The CA-S40 measurement software allows the probe to be directly connected to a PC during the measurement process, making it easier for users to apply and set up. CA-A01 Portable Soft Bag (optional) and supports Windows ®  7/10 and MacOS ®。
