3、 Usage:
1. Installation:
Place the machine flat on a stable workbench.
After inserting the plug into the power socket, start the motor.
2. Disassembly and replacement of grinding wheel blades:
Loosen one screw of the cutting blade pressing plate and remove the pressing plate.
After replacing the new cutting blade, place the pressure plate and tighten the screws.
1. Sample clamping:
Place the sample in front of the saw frame jaws.
Rotate the handle clockwise to clamp the sample.
2. Sample cutting:
Rotate the handwheel stroke to the cutting blade position (retain the remaining terminal portion) for cutting.
4、 Maintenance and safety technology:
It is strictly prohibited to use grinding wheels with existing cracks.
The power supply should have a reliable grounding device.
After a period of use, this machine should be cleaned of accumulated chips and garbage in a timely manner.
The motor should be maintained according to the maintenance method of the motor.
